My versa zeroed out. It shows zero for all numbers. However, it showed a sync from this morning, where I had 2600 steps and three flights of stairs. Time is correct.
It looks like you are using a 3rd party watch face. Have you tried changing to another watch face (maybe a fitbit developed one) to confirm it isn't a bug with the current one?
