Versa & Galaxy Note 10+

I can't seem to get my fitbit versa to pair with my Note 10+. It also won't pair with my Chromebook laptop. It's very frustrating! Has anyone been able to do it and had it actually work? TIA!

Hi @amandamwalker  you can't use the Chromebook, as it simply doesn't have the operating system that is compatible with Fitbit. 

here is something a moderator posted about phones being compatible:
