My back button has stopped working completely. Only got my watch in May so it’s not old. Tried resetting it and still doesn’t work.

I appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this button issue. Regarding your problem, you may be able to remove dust or dirt by gently using a toothpick around the button. If this does not improve the button performance, you can try to clear debris using canned air. Hold the tracker at arm's length and spray once to loosen any dirt or dust that may have accumulated around the button.

Best AnswerMy back button stopped working right after the watch started flashing the screen with the set notifications. The watch has now shut down and will not charge or turn on. Have tried to reset using back button and bottom right. Still no joy

Fitbit wants my defective watch to validate before replacing. I am not very happy with this support team
