My Versa band broke and the replacement band that came with the purchase was so difficult putting on. Finally, I figured out how to put it on....but it keeps falling off. I tried contacting fitbit (by phone) but the person who answered the call was rude and not very helpful....put me on hold and after several minutes I had to get back to work. This issue with the band seems to be a problem for many users...as I see on this community board. For me...this will not end well...as the band keeps coming off and it's just a matter of time before it falls off and it will be lost. Up until this point I've been a big proponent of this watch. I don't know if fitbit will reach out to me....but for now...if you have another option other than fitbit I recommend you take it. This is a problem that needs to be resolved.
