Please, can we know how long until ( I HOPE) it’s fixed this battery problem? It can not be this way! I had it for 4/5 days and it was perfect and now after update not even 30 hours with Notifications off and All Day Sync?!? How is this possible? I use to love it so much! And now, my main concern is to have where and when to charge my Fitbit? And not being able to receive my Notifications NOT EVEN from 2 applications only so I save battery?! Really? So disappointed! Could we at least know if you’re working on it so I don’t waste time and energy? It’s not the first time when I write but I have no answer from nobody.

Battery life on this device is horrible. I took it off the charger this morning and I'mIalready down 40% and I have all day sync turned off, a stock clock face with just the time that I hate but I wanted to try something with "no animation" and no stats to see if that helped. Only text notifications but I only receive 1-2 per day.
Turned it off and on again but nothing changes. My wife has only had to charge hers once since Christmas I have to charge every day.

I have started a customer service request. My battery lasted 5 days then after updating it I can only get at most 5 hours . I feel your frustrations and hope they get it figured out.
