Versa battery drain

I have had my Versa about a month and was loving it up until last week. Since the firmware has been upgraded to 32.32.10.15 my battery life has taken a massive hit going from four days to just over a day.

 

I made absolutely no changes a few days prior to the update and no changes after, so I can safely say that the change in battery drain was caused by the firmware update. Any idea on when 32.32.10.20 will be available?

 

In case anyone asks I have tried all the battery saving tips of turning off All Day Sync, Quick View etc. etc. I have also tried restarting and factory resetting the Versa (several times) and changed the clock face (switched from one of Fitbit own faces to another). I've basically tried everything and the battery is shot so now hoping for 32.32.10.20 to be pushed out to see if this resolves the issue. Finding this most frustrating as I went through similar problem with my Charge HR's battery life caused by a firmware update.

My FitBit Versa has also just died on me.

 

I put on the charger around 20-50%, and let it charge to full, then in the last couple days, I noticed after charging and it said 100% charged, after wearing the device for about 10 minutes, the battery dropped to 62%, then to 12%,  then dead.

 

Today, is a sad day - The Versa is completely dead and will not charge at all.

 

As a result of all this I havn't been able to sync the device in days.

Good trouble shooting, @Nanor! I can’t tell you when the next update will be. But I can share a tip. I’ve learned with all the Fitbit devices I’ve had over the years to simply charge it when in the shower. No need to track movement there. And with this charging method, I never have to worry how many days a charge will last because I always shower at least every other day.

Same issue .. I've had to charge my watch 3 times today.. After leaving it on the charger all night...

 

It went from 4 days of battery life to can't even make it to lunch :-(. It's almost useless.

How frustrating, @T-Jucation! Please try these trouble shooting tips. 

 

 - Restart the Versa. Tap here for instructions. Do this a couple times.

 

 - You may also want to turn the Versa off completely. Instructions are here.

 

These steps should put things back in sync for your Versa. But if they don’t, your next step would be to contact Support
