Versa battery drain

Hey guys,

 

I got my versa from a store in US and brought it back to India .

It was working fine until last week but now it's battery is draining fast. It's not holding for a full day even after a full charge. I have tried shutdown/reset and other ways suggested on this forum but situation is still the same.

Can you please suggest how can I get in touch with fitbit support here in India? I don't find any relevant information on internet.

Hi, @Vivek0485, please follow this link.  It it does not automatically take you to the India page, scroll to the bottom, and the bottom right you can select your country from a drop down list.

 

It looks like the phone number is 000 800 050 1057.

 

In the meantime, you should also try giving your Versa a restart.  Please do it 3 times as a single restart does not always work.  Restarting your Fitbit can often solve battery drain issues.

Do you have it connected to anything for notifications? These have been known to cause battery drain.

Hey,

Not at all. I have switched all those options which may cause the drain.
I am suspectiyit to be a faulty product. Any idea where can I get it
inspected in India.
