Versa battery drain

My versa is not holding its charge.  Charged to 100%. Then within 2 hours battery dead. Should be lasting several days. I updated the software thinking that was the problem, but it's worse. Others having these issues?????

My brother had the same issue with his Fitbit Blaze smartwatch.  I think that he overcharged it (left it charging for too long) We contacted the company and since there was a warranty on it, we got a replacement.  If you recall charging the battery for a little bit too long, maybe that is the problem.  I never had the problem with my smartwatch, though I have heard that people have had the same problem.  (It is supposed to last for about 4 days, according to the box)  If you don't receive any helpful replies later, I'd recommend contacting the Fitbit company.

Thank you. I left it on the charge like normal. It started doing this after
the software update it made me load.

Please read the thread regarding this firmware update and when it was pushed.

 

A lot of users are reporting this issue amongst other issues with their Versas after doing this firmware update. 

 

I opted not to do this update after reading all the posts of the issues users started posting soon after the update came out and are still being posted.

Yes, the firmware update in the Versa caused many problems for people.
