Good night. I am Brazilian, and about 2 months ago I bought my Versa in the Netherlands (it's the third FitBit device I have). I use my cellphone to sync the Versa. As soon as I arrived in Brazil on 11/25/2018, my Versa began to spend the battery in about 24 hours (once and less), and randomly turns on the red light, often continuously and even burns my wrist. I turned off all the Versa functions and did not solve (I use my cellphone to sync the Versa). My concern is to sleep with the clock and it burn me, or even explode. I searched the Internet to find out if anyone else had this problem, and found some tips to exclude and reinstall this Versa in my FitBit account.. This solution however did not solve the problem. Would anyone have any more suggestions? I found it absurd because I paid a lot for it (Euro 200,00) and only 2 months later I can not even use my watch anymore.

Hi, @Bandeira! That's definitely not good. At this point, I would suggest getting in touch with Fitbit Support directly. Let them know what's going on and what you have tried to do to troubleshoot already and they should be able to help you out. Good luck!
