I’ve had good battery usage from the day I bought it (on the release day). This past week, I’ve noticed a significant amount being drained throughout the day. For starters, my battery could never hold a 100% charge. No matter how long I charge it, as soon as I take if off the cradle, it goes to 99%. But I lose up to 15-20% a day with a long of playing and syncing and exercise use on it. Overnight I would lose 5% every time. So it was good.
This past week, it has been draining about 1-2% every hour. I lost 10% overnight and now it 20%. I’ve changed nothing on my Versa. I do play on it a lot less so my battery should not be draining at this rate. With this rate, my Versa is gonna last 2 days ... maybe barely 3 days. If this keeps up, I’m gonna have to return it or exchange it. I’ve restarted it. I’m not gonna take off or turn off apps because I’ve don't nothing different from before to cause battery drainage.
Anyone else has this issue?

Hey @Jayelo, it's great to see you around.
Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. It's weird to hear that your Versa isn't holding a charge. I recommend taking a look at the Can I improve my tracker's battery life? article for tips on how to monitor battery life. After following those tips, test your watch.
Let me know how it goes.

Nope it’s not doing good. I woke up to 65%. That’s a 10% loss over night. This watch is only gonna last 2 days. And after my factory re-set by sleep tracking if off. This is ridiculous. I’m losing faith in Fitbit.

@AlejandraFitbit They have contacted me. But my Versa died on me. I’m not happy at all. I emailed them about that also and waiting for their reply. Got home from a Zumba class, synced my Fitbit, then it will not turn since. Tried restarting it and all I got was a weird screen. Can’t get a replacement since where I bought it is out of stock. This is ridiculous.

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner.
Regarding the battery issue you are experiencing, I would like to know if you have tried the instructions I provided in my previous post? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the post and follow the steps there.
Let me know the outcome.

yes i have when i got here
the problem is that this versa is out of the box.. i updated it.. and change the clock face
then i charged and went to bed..
its ridiculous..
i am charging it again.. now.. once it hit 100% i will see how long it takes to loose power. .if it is less then 3 days.. it is being returned.
I dont buy a new watch to spend my days in tech support and trying to make it work.. especially not at that price..
if versa was not ready to come out.. maybe fitbit should have spend a couple extra month to make it work

I bought the Versa 2 days ago. Yesterday it was getting low (less than 50%) so I charged to 100% at 2pm. Went for an hour walk, then to the gym for an hour.
I went to go see Paul Simon at the Hollywood Bowl last night and it was at ZERO while I was walking up the hill at 7pm. Totally died.
100% charge lasted 5 hours.
5 HOURS.

Update - charged it overnight to 100%. Disabled the auto feature that turns it on when you raise your wrist. Put it on at 7 am, working from home today and not using for any exercise and it's now at 35% battery at 11:30 am.
This **ahem** battery only lasts 5 hours!

7I guess I am lucky. Mine last 10 hours. But I refuse to turn off features that I want as those features are the reason I bought that watch ohhh and battery life. I am with support now in Twitter. They are pretty good there. But I give it two days for a solution or it is going back

I understand your point, but last week my watch kept its charge for at least 4-5 days. From day to day the load does not even keep a day ....

i'm so disappointed, i really love everything about this new Watch. I had the blaze before and the Watch was in perfect shape and i sold it to buy this one....
