Hello!!!
I bought a Fitbit Versa about 1 year ago and today I notice that its having a quite irregular battery problem.
I charged it overnight, it reached 100% of the battery, and now at 9pm it has only 54% left...
What should I do? Should I send it to repair?
Thank you for your attention and your help!
By the way, sorry about my English in advance, it's not my native language.

Hello there @AnaSantos, welcome to the Community Forums.
As you may know, your Versa battery should last up to 4 days. However, as with other electronic devices, the battery will depend on the features and how often they're used, such as the GPS, Spotify app or animated clock faces. While this doesn't mean that you shouldn't use them, please take into into consideration the conditions that impact your watch's battery.
That being said, I'd recommend to change the clock face to one designed by Fitbit and please confirm if you've followed the tips and recommendations to maximize your watch's battery life described here.
Regarding your question, note that we don't have repair centers in any country where Fitbit trackers are sold. Our products are indeed designed and made to last (this goes for each product component) however, there is not an infallible way to ensure that no issues will be present in the long run. We're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
