Versa battery dying

Hi,

 

ive had my versa since May. Everything working fine. Past 3 days I’ve had to charge it more than once a day - nothing had changed so no reason why the battery power is suddenly being used up quicker. I have turned off all day sync and don’t have any downloaded apps etc. 

 

I went to sleep last night with approx. 40% battery - woke up and it’s less than 10%. 

 

I still have the receipt - I didn’t buy it direct from fitbit so do I need to go back to the store where I purchased it first? Thanks

Try restarting the Versa several times and see if that improves it. If it doesnt I'd  suggest you contact Support and see what they say (link in my signature). There is obviously something wrong.
