Versa battery is draining

What is using/chewing through the battery?
My versa has gone from 2-3 days charge to less than 5 hours.
I've stopped all activity monitoring except walking and nothing has improved.

Hi there, @Engima.

Thanks for the details, and the steps tried prior to posting. I'm sorry for the experience that you're having with the battery. As with any electronic device, the battery life will depend on how often certain features are used. In the case of GPS tracking, keep in mind that the battery life is of 5 to 12 hours.

With this in mind, please change the clock face to one developed by Fitbit and make sure all tips from this help article are followed. Then, monitor its behavior in the next few days to see if the battery improves.

I too am having issues. Have had me Versa 2 for years. No problems up until last week.  Screen went dim.  Deleted watch from app and did factory reset.  Fixed issue but now battery does not even last 2 hrs.  Has gone from 99% to 75% in last 5 minutes.

This had all been done, the clock face was the default clock face,
everything had been turned off.

After contacting Fitbit through the app, they replaced the pebble as
there is a recognised problem with the last update.
