Versa battery issues

Hi, please can someone help?

 

I have set up my Versa as far as I can and it seems to be at full battery but keep getting error message saying battery too low to update! I have it connected to my university WiFi (not at home) and I really want to use it when I’m on holiday next week.

Have you verified if you are properly charging your Versa? If you haven't, I recommend taking a look at the How do I charge my Fitbit device? help article and follow the instructions there. Make sure that your Versa have 20% of charge or more to set it up.

It’s all sorted and working good - I think WiFi was the issue rather than not being charged and managed to set it up via Bluetooth 👍🏻
