Versa battery life doesn’t last for even a day

It’s not even 3 months since I started using my Fitbit versa and it’s having problems already! Have been charging my versa since the last two days and it says it’s fully charged, but the battery life doesn’t even last for the entire day! What do I do?

I am having the same problem. My battery used to last 5 days or so and this past week it dies within a day. I don't have music on it, nor do I run text messaging through it. Also the screen is showing lines running through it and puts a grey overlay across the watch face.  It was at 100% after charging last night at 10:30 and 13 hours later I am at 40%. Brand new at Christmas. Very frustrating!

Hi, first try restarting your Versa 4-6 times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If this procedure does not solve your problem, please contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

I tried what you said I charged it up again. It’s not even 4 hours yet and it’s already down to a mere 70% will contact the customer care now
