Versa battery life

I just brought a Versa about 2 weeks ago. The battery last for maybe 10 hours. I charge it every night and put it on about 8AM in the morning. Its almost dead by 6PM in the evening. I don't have always connected on or all day sync on. I do have an android phone.  I've had 3 other fitbit devices ( flex,Alta HR)  and never had battery problems. What is the problem?

Hi, try restarting your Versa several times in a row by pressing and holding the left and right lower buttons together untill you see the Fitbit logo and release the buttons. If that does not solve your problem, contact Customer Support and ask for a battery test.

I tried holding the left and right lower right key a few times.
Unfortunately it did not work.  Thanks for trying to help. I'm
contacting customer support now.
