Hello, my Fitbit isn't charging. I've tried severally to charge in on my laptop but nothing happens. However, I notice the charger gets hot once plugged but I don't see the watch charging. What could be wrong with it?

Hi, probably your charger has an issue, take the Versa out of it ASAP and contact Customer Support about this issue.
