My Versa battery is draining from 100% to 0% in less than 5 hours. I have completed all troubleshooting tips (cleaning connections, restarting, turning off/on) and nothing has worked. Of course I am 1 month outside of my extended warranty.
Any other tips/tricks?

Thanks for bringing this to my attention and for trying some troubleshooting before to posting. Let me share with you that the battery of our Versa was designed to last 5 days, but this also depends on how frequently you use all the features of your device. That said, I recommend you charging your Fitbit device with a USB port from a computer or a UL-certified outlet into the wall and then turn off all the features that you don’t use that much.
