Versa battery

Versa is 21 months old and suddenly the battery life has reduced from 3.5 days to less that 1 day without me changing a thing. I don't store or listen to music and most features are not enabled.  I have updated,  further reduced features,  no alarm s dimmed display until I can't see it, switched off and restated Versa - nothing has changed.  Suddenly I have a Versa with no usable features.  Seems that Fitbit has turned off any Sync options. I am unwilling to turn Blutooth off on my mobile as I use the mobile phone Bluetooth feature for various other devices.  Please help!

A strange behaviour like this can be due to water. Firstly check there is no condensation in it by looking with a magnifying glass through the holes on the back. And if so don't charge it but lie it on its button side to allow it to dry - takes days.
