Versa black screen

Yesterday my versa frozen on a heart rate of 130, for a couple of days, i used the restart, a few time and it workes, my device has now a black screen, tryed restart loads of times with no look, it just vibrates ever so often, my battery life is fine, feel a bit disappointed only had the watch about a month

If multiple restarts aren't working then it sounds like a warranty claim. First step is to contact customer support: contact.fitbit.com
