I have been having issues syncing my Versa since I received it on Saturday. Nothing will sync all day except my steps, floors, and burned calories. The next day, all of my data is gone. I have tried all the suggestions: factory reset, signing out and back in to the app, deleting and reinstalling the app ... the problem still exists. Is this an iPhone X issue of the Versa’s issue?

I’ve done all of those steps. It started syncing again for about two days, and now it’s back to not working. I shouldn’t have to troubleshoot my Fitbit & app every week.
