Updated my Versa today and started showing lines, then white screen, then finally black screen. Tried all the troubleshooting but can't factory reset since it's a black screen. I'm reading that this has also been happening to the Ionic. Has there been a fix put out? Customer service could not help me at all!!

I am sorry for the delay in respond and appreciate all the efforts in trying to fix this turning on issue. I recommend taking a look at the help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device? and make sure you followed the instructions provided there in order to restart your Versa.

I am having the same problem my fitbit. I have tried resetting it. The screen light turns on but the display stays black and my device gets hot. I have had it past a year but if it is a manufacturer error (over hearting) can I get it replaced?

Hi,
Yeah I did all the steps to restart and reset. But none of it works. Tried to factory reset it, but as the screen is black it never shows the Fitbit logo.

Mine doesn't get hot. It just immediately started glitching after the update then after a few hours went to black screen. Can't reset it or anything. I think unless you have some extended warranty they won't do anything. Basically offered me a coupon to buy a new one.

Hi, I have the same issue but bought it 14 months ago so I am no longer on the warranty. I have seen lots of posts regarding this issue. Since it seems to be an important issue, could we get a replacement?
