Versa black screen

Pls help my Fitbit versa screen has gone black. It is still syncing with my phone but watch will not display?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that your Fitbit Versa screen has gone black. Thank you for your efforts to resolve it and sharing that your watch is still syncing with your phone. I recommend doing the following:

 

  1. Switch to a Fitbit clock face: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device? 
  2. Restart your device by following the steps from this help article: How do I restart my Fitbit device?

Yup did both and it’s a no go. Watch still vibrating when I change clock face but still black I can not see anything
