I’ve seen previous posts like this but I put my Versa 2 to charge the other day because battery was low and when I went to reuse it the black screen wouldn’t go. I’ve tried the factory reset and held all the buttons countless times following instructions on here and nothing works. I know the charger works as the watch still syncs to my phone. Occasionally the screen turns purple for a second when I do the factory reset but then back to black. Any adivce?

Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Versa. I'm curious how you are doing a factory reset if you screen is black. Perhaps you doing a reset instead?

I followed previous instructions on how to conduct the factory reset, holding down the buttons etc. When I do this the screen flashes purple then back to black with no Fitbit logo.
