Versa blank screen

 My Fitbit versa is still syncing  receiving notifications the green light is on but yet when I try to restart it my screen is still black but it’s lit up someone  asap

@Helloversa98 welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa since its screen is blank even though you've restarted it before contacting our forums.

 

Please try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party one. After this, restart your Versa again and see if the screen gets fixed.

 

As a side note, make sure that your Versa has enough battery.
