Versa blank screen

Swam laps no problem last night. Went to bed and set my alarm. It did not go off today and my Fitbit showed 0% battery. So I charged it to 90% or so. Sometime in the last 5 hours or so the screen went blank. I have tried restarting by holding the back and bottom button for 10 seconds, but nothing happens. I have tried to restart it by holding all three buttons. Nothing!

Hi @KerryM1000 , it might be that you suffer form a water damage problem. If your Versa is still under warranty, contact customer support. regards kuzibri

@KerryM1000, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa's screen went blank and won't turn on. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

I would like to know if your watch vibrates when you put it on the charger, after restarting it.

 

In the meantime, try changing the clock face to one developed by Fitbit, not a third party clock face and see if the screen turns on.

Well, as it turns out, customer service walked me through some steps and offered me a replacement. My last replacement for a similar problem was only 3 months ago. I am very close to being done with Fitbit, I must say.
