My fitbit versa screen not working. It definitely charge and I can sync all the data to my phone. Even alarm works on fitbit but screen is all black. I noticed bluish side lines a day before it has gone complete black.
Any help is appreciated. I tried charging, pressing power button for longer with no help.

Hi there, @Canada18. Welcome to the Community Forums and trying to troubleshoot the issue with your Versa before posting here.
To better assist you, please make sure you've restarted your Fitbit device as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device?. If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Hi @Canada18 - if it is syncing and the app says it has a charge, double tap the screen and swipe in any direction.
If you get stuff on the display change the clock face.
If it doesn't respond try a restart - How do I restart my Fitbit device?
It may be faulty if that doesn't bring back the display.
You can always chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
If you decide to replace it, the versa 2 is the most compatible, or other brands as you have a choice, but in the Fitbit App Gallery tile make a note of the names of clocks and apps you use for easy installing on a new watch.

My Fitbit versa three bought 21/2 years ago is now displaying a blank black screen. I looked at the forum and even back in 2020. This fault seems to have been identified, but not resolved by Fitbit. After doing everything that we are advised to do, it still doesn't work. Fortunately, I bought mine from Currys with a three year gadget cover £35 and I've just taken it back and they will either repair it or give me a new one.
