I tried everything I can’t get it to turn on got it as a gift like 4 years ago it’s a Fitbit versa. I cant connect it or fix the clock I tried to restart it idk what to do

My charge 5 just stopped displaying today too. I've only had mine since Christmas

Hi @Sydneymariefit, it is good to see a new face around the community. @Lazybum76, welcome back to our forums. 

In both cases, if the restart is not working, I suggest changing the clock face on your devices. This is the most common way to fix a display that is not turning on. Please follow the steps in this help article to get this resolved: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?
