Hi,
I have a Fitbit Versa and the screen is completely blank and nothing shows when I try to reset the watch.
there is no warranty with it but I can’t see any further advice on the forum if a reset doesn’t work?
The watch hasn’t been dropped or damaged so I’m a little confused !
I’d appreciate any advice please ☺️
thanks!

Hi @Loz233 - generally if you restart the Versa by holding the left button and the bottom-right button for 10 seconds until the Fitbit logo appears on the screen, and then release both buttons and this doesn't work it may not be charged or it is faulty. You may feel a vibration which is a good sign it is alive.
If the watch isn't faulty addressing the charging problem is the best place to start, making sure the contacts are clean, you are using the usual and correct charger [it is different to a Versa 2 charger but looks the same, just a thought] and using a PC as the power source to see how the connection/ disconnection sounds play.
If the watch got wet it may be damaged and overheat while on the charger and if so stop immediately as it is dangerous.
