Hi @Gkd74, welcome to the Community Forums!
Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some steps before posing over here. Because the restart process didn't work but you still feel a vibration, please try our factory reset procedure following the next steps:
Take in consideration that a factory reset deletes any stored data, which includes all data that hasn't synced to your Fitbit account and your applications, alarms, etc.
Let me know if further assistance is needed and if you have any additional questions.

Hi Ricardo
Thanks for the reply to my post. I have tried to do a factory reset but as the screen is black I can only just by back light going out when to release the bottom button. I have done this and it is still black and when I press a button the back light shines though around edges.
I have also tried changing clock face and this doesn't work either. This has happened before but it was always just a black screen and I was able to reset it no problem.
Is this fixable do you think?..
Thanks
Gwen

Good afternoon,
My Fitbit versa has the same blue screen of death. I tried doing a hard reset and it doesn’t display anything. There’s an update but am unable to due to it not being able to be recognized. Is there anything else that has been successful?
Thank you,
Lien
