The bpm stopped working on my Versa 3 weeks after I starting using it. The only fix is to return for replacement. I sent it back for replacement on May 4th. It took Fitbit 19 days to acknowledge they had received it to their warehouse but could not find it and would replace it anyway but they are now in backorder and it will be another 2-3 weeks before they will be able to send a replacement. I have request a refund but now they have stopped communicating with me. I’m going to get an Apple Watch. It may cost more but the Customer service is so much better.

Hi there @TTom132, good to see you in the Fitbit Community! I want to offer you an apology for the late response and for the all ordeal you have gone through with your Versa.
I was happy to reach out to our Support Team and they were able to confirm that they're currently working to the point they have reached a resolution with you already.
I recommend following up with them and then letting me know how it turns out.
I appreciate all your patience and your feedback.

The fix was to refund my money. I bought an Apple Watch. This is very sad as I do like the Versa. But to this date there has been NO communication that they have found the root cause of the bpm not working and have corrected the issue. A refund is not a resolution to the issue. I want to know what was wrong and how was it fixed. I would buy the Versa again but not until I have a response that the issue is fixed. I have read several other complaints about the same issue. It seems to me that Fitbit is not acknowledging there is an issue. BTW the Customer Service is the worst. I still have not received my refund check. They have had my Versa since May 4, 2018. Fitbit seem to think it is ok for the customer to be without the device for weeks while they take their time processing the return.

My BPM just stopped working as well! What do I need to do? I haven’t had my Versa long and I’m shocked that I am already having issues with it. I would like to get this problem fixed ASAP, as I love my Fitbit and use it everyday.
