Versa brightness too dim

Hi there,

Yesterday I received a new Fitbit Versa. My initial one had a slightly damaged bezel out of the box. I noticed that under the same circumstances, auto brightness creates different results on both screens. The new Versa is slightly less bright, while the damaged one really pops out. I tested them by wearing them next to each other. The question is what to do: swap the new one for another new one? Is it faulty?  Or is it just the way screens can differ from each other?

Thanks for your replies in advance!

It's great to see you around @suijkerwerk.

Thanks for troubleshooting this by yourself. If you haven't tried the restart process, I recommend restarting your watch by doing the following:

  1. Press and hold the back (left) and bottom buttons until you see the Fitbit logo on the screen. This should take less than 10 seconds.
  2. Let go of the buttons.

Also, I suggest checking the brightness level by swiping to settings.

Let me know the outcome. Robot Happy

Hi Alejandra,

Thanks for your reply. But as said I already tried all options. It didn't Help.

Now, it is acceptable, but the brightness is just less vivid.
