Versa broken after 6 months

I’ve had my Versa watch for 6 months when it completely died. It still vibrates when the watch receives notifications, but has a black screen. The green lights on the back will occasionally flash as well. I didn’t want to spend the money for an Apple Watch, but I guess you get what you pay for. Do not buy a Fitbit.

Sure, you will get an official 18 hours of battery time. No, thanks. I guess you should contact the support. BTW, have you tried a factory reset? Haven't you installed a faulty clock face?

If everything else fails, I recommend anything but iWatch, its battery time is really awful.
