Versa screen not turning on, heart rate sensor not flashing and gets hot while charging.

What should I do?

Hi @Lovelypencil152 - unfortunately your watch has a fault, often caused by moisture getting in. If it gets hot when charging stop immediately, the watch is no longer usable.

It was a great watch and the closest one is a Versa 2 or you can choose other brands to replace it unless it is still under warranty when it can be replaced free.
