Versa button problem - no response from support

The buttons on my Versa are acting up after I went swimming with it for the first time this year (I've been swimming with it last September and had no issues). My lower right button either doesn't work or it spontaneously starts working and stays engaged, constantly opening the associated app and making my battery discharge quicker while also making the other two buttons unresponsive and my watch unusable. I've tried restarting it countless times in a row and it didn't change anything. I also turned it off and back several times and it didn't help either. I wrote an email to support 3 days ago and got the generic response and case number, but nothing else since then. How long does it usually take them to respond?
