Recently, my Versa watch wouldn't sync with my Deezer app. When I try to transfer music, the WiFi connection keeps dropping. I called Support and they said it's because Fitbit only works with a 2.4gh internet connection speed and I recently changed to 5gh. Has anybody experienced this issue?

If you are having issues transferring music to your Versa, I recommend taking a look at the help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch? and follow the instructions provide there.
