I unpaired my Versa from my phone to sell it, then changed my mind and decided to keep it, but now the Versa is locked and says "Unlock with your phone" but I can't as it isn't paired with it so am in a catch 22 situation, if I try and pair it the number sent to the Versa cannot be seen because I can't unlock it. Tried restarting phone, uninstalled Fitbit app, reinstalled app, soft reset on Versa, also tried the Factory reset (pressing the 3 buttons, can't get into menu to reset from there, now run out of ideas, any help most welcome,

Got EXACTLY the same problem. Seems this is something a lot of people struggle with. Hoping someone answers you with a solution

From reading lots of forum replies I am guessing my problem could be linked with Fitbit Pay which was setup on my Versa and maybe I should have removed the cards and deleted it first, but who knows...
