Versa causing bumps

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

So I’ve had fitbits for years.  I bought a Fitbit Versa like two months ago.  I’ve been getting bumps on my wrist.  I have three bumps (almost like acne) right now.  I wear it loose, I take it off when I shower and I’ve never had this issue with any other Fitbit.

Tried to attach a picture but cannot figure out how...

Help?!

@Christylyn Several users on this forum reported the same problem. If I recall correctly they didn't have issues with other fitbit sensors just versa. My recommendation: remove Fitbit and let the hand heal. You can try and wear it on the other hand. But, if you develop similar bumps, I'm afraid it's an allergic reaction. 😑
