Versa charger malfunctioning

i've bought fitbit versa from new orleans and now using same in Delhi, India. My watch is not able to charge as one of the pin of charger has protuded inside and not coming up. i am not able to find any customer care number or center in Delhi. Kindly let me know how to get watch charger repaired. My watch is still under warranty.

Yes you are correct, Fitbit has replied to my mails and they are trying to resolve the issue.
