Versa charging then discharging while still on charger

My Versa 2 has started this weird thing where it'll only charge up to 99%. It also discharges or something while on the charger because I've checked its progress and it'll say battery charging 96% then when I go back to see if it's fully charged it says battery charging 88%

My Versa 2 hasn’t charged beyond 99% in the past yr. & past few mos, it also drains while on the charger so I take it off as soon as it hits 99%. A charge used to last 5 days but now I get about 3 days. After I installed IOS 16.1 on my iPhone the charge drained very quickly (1 day max) but that prob resolved when I installed iOS 16.3.
