Versa clock face glitching out

So I've got a brand new fitbit versa, yet every clock face I've used so far has glitched out and turned off or been resetting itself. The versa has restarted itself multiple times in the last week as well without me telling it to.

I go to check my progress and the face will be showing inaccurate progress to my app, or not at all and takes a minute or 2 of me keeping the versa screen on for it to like, update and actually show the progress instead of telling me I've got none.

This is the 2nd clock face I've tried to use and it's glitching out. The initial clock face I tried was the Luna cat yet it showed inaccurate progress and the cat ran away on me 2 days in a row despite me going over my daily goal.

Is my versa broken? I've attempted restarting (and as I've mentioned it's been doing that itself as well, just showing the logo randomly until it seemingly is on)

Im about to unpair and repair the watch but I'm not looking forward to that because that took over a day to get it to even pair.

Does anyone have any idea what's going on? Is it just because the versa is new that they are working out some kinks with the clock faces? Why is my versa restarting itself?

I've taken it back to the store and the shop clerk who usually deals with the fitbits swapped it over for me, agreeing it wasn't working correctly.

Just for anyone else who stumbles across this thread.

Can you explain what "glitching out" means?

It's visually having a spaz, and or isn't working the way you know it's supposed to.

It's showing me the wrong visuals to what I know the clock is meant to show me, and isn't showing the correct amount of progress that I know I've done. My phone will be correct so I know the watch is syncing it over just fine.

FYI ... I'm noticing that my clock face doesn't fully show up periodically.  I've found that it coincides with a failed sync to the cell phone app.  It appears that when the Versa can't sync to the phone app then I get a partial display of the clock face.

I am experiencing a glitchy clock face as well. Clock face shifts left or right causing part of the face to be off screen. When this happens, swipe will move the clock face but it will snap right back. Unable to use any apps when this happens and back button is unresponsive so I cannot make it stop by turning the screen off. Putting it on charger for a moment stops it but then it starts acting glitchy again within minutes or hours. I originally experienced this using clock face Ask Hi Versa but I have changed clock faces and I have still experienced this, even with a face from the Fitbit list (Simple). Also have had clock faces wake up and start doing stuff on their own such as cycling through the color options or switching back and forth between simple and advanced stats pages. If Versa starts acting glitchy and I don’t notice, the face background will eventually turn white in the center almost like a screen burn. The color does eventually go back to normal. I contacted support Monday and they walked me through a reset but I am still experiencing the problem. Have had my Versa Special Edition for several weeks and have had no problems until 2 days ago. Watch is on firmware 32.32.4.19. I use it with iPhone 8 Plus ios 11.3.1. My Fitbit app was last updated 5/3 and is version 2.50.
