I have not been able to sync Fitbit Versa with Galaxy S9+ for last 3 months. Checked the compatibility site, and found the phone to be compatible with the versa.
Versa firmware is all updated, mobile formware is all updated to Android 8.0.0.
Versa connects easily with another phones like Galaxy A9 Pro. And bluetooth on phone s9+ connects well with Fitbit Charge2 and other devices.
Alreadt tried factory resetting the phone and versa.
Anybody who can help resolve the issue?

Thanks 🙂 , although i had already tried all the steps in link except 1... unpair bluetooth device in android bluetooth settings which did the trick. Also, battery should be more than 25 percent before trying again.

Hi @VSO, welcome to the Fitbit Community! Indeed my friend, the Samsung Galaxy S9+ is a compatible device so it should sync without inconveniences. However, since this is not the case, I suggest you to take a look at the troubleshooting in this help article: Why won't my Fitbit device sync? Besides those that you already tried.
Let me know ho wit goes!

I don't see any issues with the battery. Has gone down only 5% in last 10hr's.
