My Versa started off with an issue with the HR sensor. After several factory resets and restarts and reset to a Fitbit clock from a 3rd party clock face, it finally started working but then was showing my HR too high - my stats had me burning over 5,000 calories a day. The alarm app started opening on its own and my left button stopped working so that I could not back out of it. This has continued for several days and today it started cycling on and off on its own repetitively. I tried a manual restart and charging. No luck. This is my second versa in less than a year. Is there a solution? Is this an OS issue? Please help.

Than you, @NellyG !
As an update, I let it cycle on and off all night until the battery drained. I placed it back on the charger this morning and it is continuing to cycle on and off. I am unable to access anything on it.
