After a total flat battery device connects but doesn't sync data or show calls,texts etc on android phone. Solution. Switch of BT on android device and set up account on an iPad. Connect and sync all data. When happy. Remove app from iPad. Factory reset Versa and go through the 6 hour process of updating watch. Usually works on BT using phones network. For WiFi have both devices next to router. Try the three resets in a row from phone settings or holding left and right buttons. Just allow a day to do.

Still no syncing? Then the standard close app switch of Bluetooth for 10 sec restart app then switch on Bluetooth. Still not working then reset versa with long hold of left and right bottom buttons. Should now ll be working.
