My Versa worked fine for the past few weeks but since the latest app update on my Android 7 phone it doesn't really sync anymore.
The Versa obviously does connect to my phone as the app updates the number of steps when I try to sync. But it doesn't sync any sleep or training data - and steps of the previous day are reset to 0 after midnight.
I've tried all of the obvious troubleshooting - restarting Bluetooth, restarting the phone, restarting the Versa, clearing the app's cache, reinstalling the app - but my sync data is stuck on four days ago.
Any idea what else to do?
EDIT: Okay, I did one last thing I didn't try before and now it works again. Instead of just restaring the watch by holding the left and the bottom right button, I turned the watch off via the settings menu. After restarting it, syncing works again. Yay!

How did you turn it off from the app? I'm having the same problem.

I didn't turn it off from the phone app but from the settings app on the Versa itself. Scroll down to "functions" (I guess... my watch is in German) and then again down to "switch off".
