Versa counting steps while driving

It's bit annoying that when I am driving or at my seat in office, it counts that as step. Any suggestion to mitigate this issue?

Welcome to the Forums @Adhikari.

 

Indeed there is a possibility that the Fitbit will count steps while driving because of all of the movements. I'll be moving this thread to the Versa board as I think it is better suited for the thread.

 

In this case there are two options to prevent this from impacting your stats. You could turn off your Versa while driving. Adding to that, you can remove the steps retroactively by manually logging driving activity. Doing this will remove the steps and calories for those steps.
