My Versa screen cracked through normal wear, bumped it on the floor while playing with my nephew. I called Fitbit and of course there is no repair and no help whatsoever. I’d happily pay to have it repaired but apparently that is not an option. Are there any third party repair/ replace options for the screen?
Seems silly that a fitness watch can’t hold up to normal activities. Quite frustrating!
@Colleen_ If you bought with a credit card, you should check with your bank. Lots of cards provide purchase protection. Also, some areas might have strong consumer protection laws, so you could look into that, as well.
Did you find anyone to fix your Versa? Very frustrating, as I have only had mine for about a month.
