Hello,

Anyone faced this issue yet?

20180508_110803.jpg

I can't swipe anymore and it doesn't count steps nor stairs anymore. It has not had any shock, it is 3-weeks old and the glass in perfect state as you can see.

The warranty is activated, but I am worried to purchase a new one, to be honest. And so the purpose of my topic here is to know if I should dare buy it once again: is this a known issue or am I really completely unlucky on the model that I received?

I haven't seen mention of this anywhere before.

I'd think it's worth trying again, as it's probably just bad luck.

Hello Wendy,

I am sending it back for refund,

Before I buy it again (because I love it), I need to know if it will happen again, if it's a known issue,

Then I could wait for a revised version of this model
