i have a Versa and the data is not all flowing from the app to the watch.
My food, water, sleep and exercise are not appearing on the Versa.
I tried re-syncing everything with the apps, phone, watch, etc and it still doesn’t appear. I have an iPhone XS and everything is up to date. Any tips?
Best AnswerHi, although your Moto Z-play is not yet in the list of Fitbit supported devices, this does not mean it wil not work with the Versa, but you can encounter issues with it. The Moto Z is in the list of supported devices, so I expect that the Z-play will also pretty soon supported. See also the link in my former message about syncing problems.
