Has anyone had a problem down-loading apps using using "Total Wireless" as your cell phone company? I can not down-load any apps.

Hi, you can only download/install apps that are supported by Fitbit. these you can find in your Fitbit app on the page with the Clock and App tiles. There are some exceptions to this rule, like the Pandora app for instance. But that one needs an extra account, etc to be used on the Versa.

@Culpster Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced when trying to download apps to your Versa. As @SunsetRunner mentioned, only apps that are supported by Fitbit can be downloaded. Please follow @SunsetRunner's instructions in order to see the list of the available apps for your Fitbit.
